God or Money?
- Revelation 3:15-18 KJV - I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. [16] So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth. [17] Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked: [18] I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.
A lukewarm Christian loves the world, loves the things of the world, and is apathetic to the things of God. To God, this is similar to having a wife that sort of likes you, sort of stands up for you, sort of wants to be with you.. Would you want to be with that person for eternity? Making a mess out of your life out of your house?
Lukewarm Christians have compromised with the world. They are happy with their sin, they love their things - fashion, cars, houses, and the ways of the world, pop star idols, big screen TVs - putting everything else first in their life except for God.
The lukewarm Christian is a sports fanatic, a social partier, a frat boy or girl, a fornicator, a fashion guru, a prideful intellectual, a whitewashed hypocrite, a politically correct robot, a food idolater, dabbles in paganism, an LGBT supporter, brings Hindu yoga into Christian churches, compromises on sound doctrine - unable to speak hard biblical truths in love.

Being Set Apart
The Bible says that Satan is the ruler of this world, and we are to be set apart:

• Prince of this World
We overcome the world by abiding in Jesus:
Understand that time is very short, and we will need to choose today whom to serve, God or money:

Tricks of The Devil
Satan will lure you away with temporary comfort, pleasantries, and a false sense of worldly security. He will offer you a steady job, a nice car, a steady income, a health club membership, ungodly friends, constant entertainment to numb you and keep you distracted.
All you have to is to bow down to your money god, be loyal to your paycheck, be politically correct, love the satanic figureheads of the world, and to turn your back on Jesus and true love.
If you get out of line and begin reading the Bible earnestly, Satan will threaten your comfy little world - cut your paycheck, offer you bribes, throw more distractions at you. If you stand up for the truth, your worldly friends will turn on you, laugh at you, scorn you. If you begin cleansing your life, and calling out to Jesus, you will see that old serpent show his ugly head. Your landlord will give you an eviction notice, your neighbors will party all night before midterms, your family will turn their back on you when you need it.
If that doesn't work, Satan will try to steal your faith, send people to teach you lies about the Bible, poke Holes in the Biblical truth, preach false New Age gospels to you, turn the truth of the Bible upside down. Satan will use people to tell you that you're not a good person, that you don't deserve salvation, that you are not worthy of God. Satan will bring up your past and try to pin it back on you. We are free from condemnation through the blood of Jesus (Isaiah 53).

We must put on the full armor of God daily, and be rooted in the truth of the Bible:
Keep in mind, those who store up riches through iniquity will pay the full price:
We should not focus on worldly success and worldly riches, but rather work for the Kingdom of Heaven:

They will show patience and love, they will turn away from sin, they will not laugh at iniquity, they will be earnest in caring for others. For this, they will be scorned:

• Gifts of the Spirit
• The True Church

It appears the AntiChrist will marry the world at the same time Christ marries His church in Heaven!

Riches On Earth or In Heaven?
Keep in mind, those who store up riches through iniquity will pay the full price:
- James 5:1-6 KJV - Go to now, ye rich men, weep and howl for your miseries that shall come upon you . [2] Your riches are corrupted, and your garments are motheaten. [3] Your gold and silver is cankered; and the rust of them shall be a witness against you, and shall eat your flesh as it were fire. Ye have heaped treasure together for the last days. [4] Behold, the hire of the labourers who have reaped down your fields, which is of you kept back by fraud, crieth: and the cries of them which have reaped are entered into the ears of the Lord of sabaoth. [5] Ye have lived in pleasure on the earth, and been wanton; ye have nourished your hearts, as in a day of slaughter. [6] Ye have condemned and killed the just; and he doth not resist you.
We should not focus on worldly success and worldly riches, but rather work for the Kingdom of Heaven:
- 1 Timothy 6:17-19 KJV - Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not highminded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy; [18] That they do good, that they be rich in good works, ready to distribute, willing to communicate; [19] Laying up in store for themselves a good foundation against the time to come, that they may lay hold on eternal life.
- Matthew 6:19-21 KJV - Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: [20] But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: [21] For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
I urge you today to evaluate your life, evaluate your heart, and see if you are truly in the faith:
