7000 Years of Yahweh's Light On The Earth
The original Lampstand that Yahweh commanded Israel to place in the Holy Tabernacle was made to give light for the people and consisted of 7 candles or lamps of oil. The lampstand was made in the likeness of an Almond Tree with 7 branches according to Exodus Chapter 25.
- Numbers 8:2 KJV — Speak unto Aaron, and say unto him, When thou lightest the lamps, the seven lamps shall give light over against the candlestick.
Just as the LORD established the 7 Branch Menorah in Israel, so has the LORD established His Light upon the earth for all generations of man, from Enoch to Noah, from Abraham to Moses, from Joshua to Samuel, from David to Yeshua Jesus. We see that God has always had a light, his chosen Elect on the earth, to draw the people back to Himself and the way of righteousness.
- Matthew 5:14 KJV — Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.
I propose the idea that the 7 Candle Lampstand not only represents the 7 New Testament Churches of Christ as mentioned in the first chapter of the the Book of Revelation, but it could also represent the 7000 years of light that Yahweh has set on the earth from the time of Adam until the Great White Throne Judgment (Revelation 20), which after the Millennial Kingdom of Christ on Earth (Zechariah 14, Psalm 2, Isaiah 2).
We know that the Bible says that a day with the LORD is as a thousand days here upon the earth:
- Psalm 90:4 KJV — For a thousand years in thy sight are but as yesterday when it is past, and as a watch in the night.
- 2 Peter 3:8 KJV — But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
Many Christian Bible scholars agree that Adam was created somewhere around 4000 BC which would have been the start of the first day of man on the earth. Therefore, we are now at the end of the 6th Day and soon to enter into the 7th Day which I believe is Christ's Millennial Kingdom on the Earth and the Sabbath Rest for the ages.
- 1st Day - 4000 - 3000 BC
- 2nd Day - 3000 - 2000 BC
- 3rd Day - 2000 - 1000 BC
- 4th Day - 1000 BC - Birth of Christ
- 5th Day - Birth of Christ - 1000 AD
- 6th Day - 1000 - 2000 AD
- 7th Day - 2000 - 3000 AD
- Note - The current date of 2022 could be off by some years, and that perhaps is why the Millennial Kingdom has not yet come.

The document uses Biblical genealogies and calculations in order to determine that we are approaching the end of the 6th Millennium (6000-7000 years) since Adam was created.
It appears we are approaching the Final Day, the 7th Day of LORD's Sabbath Rest and His Millennial Kingdom which is the 7th Millennium that appears after Daniel's 70th Week.

- Isaiah 60:1-3 KJV — Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee. For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the LORD shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee. And the Gentiles shall come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy rising.
- Zechariah 14:6-9 KJV — And it shall come to pass in that day, that the light shall not be clear, nor dark: But it shall be one day which shall be known to the LORD, not day, nor night: but it shall come to pass, that at evening time it shall be light. And it shall be in that day, that living waters shall go out from Jerusalem; half of them toward the former sea, and half of them toward the hinder sea: in summer and in winter shall it be. And the LORD shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one LORD, and his name one.
The High Priest Who Pours The Oil
In the below passage, we see that Aaron was to fill the 7 lamps with oil every morning to bring light to the Holy Place. I believe in the same way, Yeshua Jesus who is the High Priest of the New Covenant, and a Priest after the Order of Melchisedec has filled His chosen people with the oil anointing of the Holy Spirit for 7000 years until the Great White Throne Judgment (Revelation 20), at the end of the Millennial Kingdom of Christ on the Earth.
- Exodus 30:7-8 KJV — And Aaron shall burn thereon sweet incense every morning: when he dresseth the lamps, he shall burn incense upon it. And when Aaron lighteth the lamps at even, he shall burn incense upon it, a perpetual incense before the LORD throughout your generations.
Scripture References
- Hebrews 7:1-4 KJV — For this Melchisedec, king of Salem, priest of the most high God, who met Abraham returning from the slaughter of the kings, and blessed him; To whom also Abraham gave a tenth part of all; first being by interpretation King of righteousness, and after that also King of Salem, which is, King of peace; Without father, without mother, without descent, having neither beginning of days, nor end of life; but made like unto the Son of God; abideth a priest continually. Now consider how great this man was, unto whom even the patriarch Abraham gave the tenth of the spoils.
- 1 Peter 1:7-12 KJV — That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ: Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory: Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls. Of which salvation the prophets have enquired and searched diligently, who prophesied of the grace that should come unto you: Searching what, or what manner of time the Spirit of Christ which was in them did signify, when it testified beforehand the sufferings of Christ, and the glory that should follow. Unto whom it was revealed, that not unto themselves, but unto us they did minister the things, which are now reported unto you by them that have preached the gospel unto you with the Holy Ghost sent down from heaven; which things the angels desire to look into.
The Light of the World
Yeshua Jesus the Messiah is Yahweh in the flesh and is One with the Father and the Holy Spirit, and when He was in the world, He was the Light of the world.
- John 8:12 KJV — Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.
- John 9:5 KJV — As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.
It is now through us Christians, who carry the Ruach HaKodesh, the Holy Spirit in us, the Spirit of Christ which illuminates all things.
- Matthew 5:14-16 KJV — Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.
If we wish to carry and shine His Light upon the earth, then we must follow His commandments and be led by His Holy Spirit:
The 7 Churches of the New Testament are as the 7 Candle Lampstand in the Holy Tabernacle in Israel, as Christ is as a High Priest which fills our cup with oil so that we may illuminate the darkness.
- John 14:15-21 KJV — If ye love me, keep my commandments. And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you. Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also. At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you. He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.
- Revelation 1:17-20 KJV — And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last: I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death. Write the things which thou hast seen, and the things which are, and the things which shall be hereafter; The mystery of the seven stars which thou sawest in my right hand, and the seven golden candlesticks. The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches: and the seven candlesticks which thou sawest are the seven churches.
The Light of Hanukkah
Most people have heard of the Jewish Menorah from the popular Jewish Holiday named Hanukkah. Hanukkah in English means 'dedication,' and Yeshua Jesus Himself attended the Feast of Dedication while He was on the earth. The Biblical Menorah is only supposed to have 7 Branches and Lamps according to the direction set forth by Moses as received on Mount Sinai, yet it seems today the Lampstand has 9 candles according to their own tradition.
The holiday Hanukkah is known for the Menorah and for keeping the light in Jerusalem, as the nation of Israel was established to be a light to the Gentiles so that they may come to the Light and learn the ways of the God of Israel. Antiochus Epiphanies and his gentile army sought to destroy the Light of Yahweh that was in Israel and he brought every evil and corrupt abomination into the Holy Temple and began to slaughter the priests and all those who would keep the Covenant of Yah that was given to Moses on Mount Sinai.
The history of Hanukkah is preserved in the 1611 King James Apocryphal Books of 1st and 2nd Maccabees. An excerpt below shows how Judas Maccabeus delivered the nation of Israel from the Grecian Ruler Antiochus Epiphanies and restored the Holy Temple in Jerusalem around 200 BC.
- 2 Maccabees 10:1-9 - 1611 King James Apocrypha - Now Maccabeus and his company, the Lord guiding them, recovered the temple and the city: But the altars which the heathen had built in the open street, and also the chapels, they pulled down. And having cleansed the temple they made another altar, and striking stones they took fire out of them, and offered a sacrifice after two years, and set forth incense, and lights, and shewbread. When that was done, they fell flat down, and besought the Lord that they might come no more into such troubles; but if they sinned any more against him, that he himself would chasten them with mercy, and that they might not be delivered unto the blasphemous and barbarous nations. Now upon the same day that the strangers profaned the temple, on the very same day it was cleansed again, even the five and twentieth day of the same month, which is Casleu. And they kept the eight days with gladness, as in the feast of the tabernacles, remembering that not long afore they had held the feast of the tabernacles, when as they wandered in the mountains and dens like beasts. Therefore they bare branches, and fair boughs, and palms also, and sang psalms unto him that had given them good success in cleansing his place. They ordained also by a common statute and decree, That every year those days should be kept of the whole nation of the Jews. And this was the end of Antiochus, called Epiphanes.
There is no doubt that the LORD Most High has used the number 7 all throughout the Old and New Testament. There were 7 Days of creation in Genesis, including the Sabbath Rest, 7 days in a week, 70 Weeks of 7 Years given to Israel in Daniel Chapter 9, and 7 lights on the Menorah Lampstand in the Tabernacle of Moses. Then we see in the Book of Revelation, there is 7 Seal Judgments, 7 Trumpet Judgments, and 7 Bowl Judgments within the final 7 Year Tribulation Period.
- The Four Horsemen will be given one fourth of the world's population to kill with hunger, war, and death in the beginning of the 7 year tribulation period (Revelation 6:1-8). This is only four of the 21 judgments of the Book of Revelation (7 Seals, 7 Trumpets, 7 Vials).
A Bright Morning Comes
As followers of Yeshua Jesus the Messiah, we are called to shine into the darkness of this world, the hour is late, the marriage Supper of the Lamb is soon to commence, and the Bridegroom comes for those 5 wise virgins who have oil in their lamps. Be filled with the Spirit, not with the drunkenness of this world, for this world is perishing but those who are wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament forever even as the stars of heaven.

- II Esdras Chapter 2 - New Revised Standard Version Updated Edition - 34 Therefore I say to you, O nations that hear and understand, “Wait for your shepherd; he will give you everlasting rest, because he who will come at the end of the age is close at hand. 35 Be ready for the rewards of the kingdom, because perpetual light will shine on you forevermore. 36 Flee from the shadow of this age; receive the joy of your glory; I publicly call on my savior to witness.[i] 37 Receive what the Lord has entrusted to you and be joyful, giving thanks to him who has called you to the celestial kingdoms. 38 Rise, stand erect, and see the number of those who have been sealed at the feast of the Lord. 39 Those who have departed from the shadow of this age have received glorious garments from the Lord. 40 Take again your full number, O Zion, and close the list of your people who are clothed in white, who have fulfilled the law of the Lord. 41 The number of your children, whom you desired, is now complete; implore the Lord’s authority that your people, who have been called from the beginning, may be made holy.”
- 42 I, Ezra, saw on Mount Zion a great multitude that I could not number, and they all were praising the Lord with songs. 43 In their midst was a young man of great stature, taller than any of the others, and on the head of each of them he placed a crown, but he was more exalted than they. And I was held spellbound. 44 Then I asked an angel, “Who are these, my lord?” 45 He answered and said to me, “These are they who have put off mortal clothing and have put on the immortal and have confessed the name of God. Now they are being crowned and receive palms.” 46 Then I said to the angel, “Who is that young man who is placing crowns on them and putting palms in their hands?” 47 He answered and said to me, “He is the Son of God, whom they confessed in the world.” So I began to praise those who had stood valiantly for the name of the Lord.[j] 48 Then the angel said to me, “Go, tell my people how great and how many are the wonders of the Lord God that you have seen.”
Do not let the devil put your light out, store up oil for these dark days, draw near to Yeshua Jesus Christ and seek His will. The hour is late, the night will soon come and become too dark to bear, but those who have the Light of Christ will shine forth as the morning sun and will refresh the earth as the morning dew at His Return, the dew of the garden, as the time sin was not yet in Eden.
- Zechariah 14:1-5 KJV - 1 Behold, the day of the LORD cometh, and thy spoil shall be divided in the midst of thee. 2 For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city. 3 Then shall the LORD go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle. 4 And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which [is] before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, [and there shall be] a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south. 5 And ye shall flee [to] the valley of the mountains; for the valley of the mountains shall reach unto Azal: yea, ye shall flee, like as ye fled from before the earthquake in the days of Uzziah king of Judah: and the LORD my God shall come, [and] all the saints with thee.
The Righteous One shall appear and make all things new, the Messiah of Israel, Yeshua Jesus and His elect and sanctified ones. As the budding and blooming flowers of the Almond Tree in the dead of winter, their white garments shall be a sign of spring to come, a restoration, a renewal in the Sabbath Day of Rest.
- Matthew 24:29-30 KJV - 29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: 30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
- Psalm 2:6-12 KJV - 6 Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion. 7 I will declare the decree: the LORD hath said unto me, Thou [art] my Son; this day have I begotten thee. 8 Ask of me, and I shall give [thee] the heathen [for] thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth [for] thy possession. 9 Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel. 10 Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: be instructed, ye judges of the earth. 11 Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling. 12 Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish [from] the way, when his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed [are] all they that put their trust in him.
- Isaiah 2:1-5 KJV - 1 The word that Isaiah the son of Amoz saw concerning Judah and Jerusalem. 2 And it shall come to pass in the last days, [that] the mountain of the LORD'S house shall be established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow unto it. 3 And many people shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem. 4 And he shall judge among the nations, and shall rebuke many people: and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks: nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more. 5 O house of Jacob, come ye, and let us walk in the light of the LORD.
