KJV Most Accurate?
In the King James Version (KJV) it is shown that Jesus is the Word. It is revealed that the Word was God, and the Word was made flesh:
• John 1:1-17
• Revelation 19:13
• Revelation 19:13
* Note - it appears false translations from the Jehovah Witnesses and others seem to try to remove the deity of Jesus (the Word) in John 1 by replacing the "Word was God" to the "Word was a god."
False religions such as Jehovah Witnesses, Mormons, Seventh Say Adventists claim that Jesus is not God in the flesh but rather Arch Angel Michael. We know from Holy Scripture that Jesus is God, see my article (click here). These False Religions say the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are separate entities.
The KJV also shows that Father, the Word (Jesus), and the Holy Ghost are one. This confirms the nature of the Holy Trinity:
1 John 5:7 KJV — For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.
In other translations, it is omitted:
1 John 5:7-8 NLT — So we have these three witnesses— the Spirit, the water, and the blood—and all three agree.
1 John 5:7-8 RSV — And the Spirit is the witness, because the Spirit is the truth. There are three witnesses, the Spirit, the water, and the blood; and these three agree.
This is a great error in part of the translator, and conceals the truth that the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are one.
I'm not saying that the KJV is a perfect translation, but rather a more truthful one. I recommend using a Bible App such as Blue Letter Bible or others that allows you to see the original Greek and Hebrew using a linked Strong's Concordance Interlinear or Lexicon.
Another discepancy is found in Daniel 3, where the KJV clearly indicates the "Son of God":
Daniel 3:25 KJV — He answered and said, Lo, I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire, and they have no hurt; and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God, while other translations reveal something different.
Daniel 3:25 NLT — “Look!” Nebuchadnezzar shouted. “I see four men, unbound, walking around in the fire unharmed! And the fourth looks like a god!”
Daniel 3:25 RSV — He answered, "But I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire, and they are not hurt; and the appearance of the fourth is like a son of the gods."
Looking at the root Hebrew words it seems it can be translated as either son of gods or Son of God. Now it seems the KJV is making the connection of that entity saving them from the fire was Jesus (Son of God), and that could be true, scripture doesn't make it clear. It could have been an Angel of God or Jesus.
It is good to have a Bible app with a translation comparison while studying the Bible in addition to a Lexicon of the original Hebrew and Greek.

1 Timothy 3:16 KJV - And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.

Isaiah 14:12 KJV — Changed "Lucifer" TO "morning star" ("How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!") The Lord Jesus Christ is the Morning Star. See Revelation 22:16. This error is found in the NIV version.
Deuteronomy 32:22 KJV — Changed "lowest hell" TO "realm of death (et. al)" ("For a fire is kindled in mine anger, and shall burn unto the lowest hell, and shall consume the earth with her increase, and set on fire the foundations of the mountains.") This discrepancy is found in NIV, NASV, NRSV, LB, NC.
Daniel 7:10 KJV - Removed "judgment was set" from the version NIV, NASV, NRSV, LB, NC.
Psalms 8:5 KJV — Changed "the angels" to "the heavenly beings (et. al)" ("For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour.") Changes found in version NIV, NASV, RSV, NRSV, LB.
