Gizmodo published an article (Click Here) concerning laser technology prepared for war:
"What can the Peresvet laser system do? So far, Russia isn’t giving us any specifics. But the country wants to assure America that if the U.S. pulls out of the INF Treaty, as the U.S. State Department threatened to do yesterday, Russia is ready to go so far as to attack European countries if it must."
It's also said by the aplanetruth.info YouTube channel and others that Paradise California was decimated by lasers. By Direct Energy Weapons (DEW), and that many died in their cars by powerful impact lasers.

On record, the United States has admitted they have military lasers capable of taking out airplanes silently and invisibly:

If they have had the technology three years ago to burn a flying drone out of the sky, then would it be impossible for them to mount them onto airplanes or satellites and beam certain targets to a crisp leaving a trail of flames? This would explain the patchy fire zones in the midst of the "Forest Fires."

Abstract
The underlying principles and technologies enabling the design and operation of airborne laser sensors are introduced and a detailed review of state-of-the-art avionic systems for civil and military applications is presented. Airborne lasers including Light Detection and Ranging (LIDAR), Laser Range Finders (LRF), and Laser Weapon Systems (LWS) are extensively used today and new promising technologies are being explored. Most laser systems are active devices that operate in a manner very similar to microwave radars but at much higher frequencies (e.g., LIDAR and LRF). Other devices (e.g., laser target designators and beam-riders) are used to precisely direct Laser Guided Weapons (LGW) against ground targets. The integration of both functions is often encountered in modern military avionics navigation-attack systems. The beneficial effects of airborne lasers including the use of smaller components and remarkable angular resolution have resulted in a host of manned and unmanned aircraft applications. On the other hand, laser sensors performance are much more sensitive to the vagaries of the atmosphere and are thus generally restricted to shorter ranges than microwave systems. Hence it is of paramount importance to analyse the performance of laser sensors and systems in various weather and environmental conditions. Additionally, it is important to define airborne laser safety criteria, since several systems currently in service operate in the near infrared with considerable risk for the naked human eye. Therefore, appropriate methods for predicting and evaluating the performance of infrared laser sensors/systems are presented, taking into account laser safety issues.

According to a recent article (click here) by Express UK, America is planning to fit naval ships with laser weapons:
The High-Energy Laser and Integrated Optical-Dazzler with Surveillance (HELIOS) can surveil, track and destroy targets anywhere – whether they are a drone or a warship.
The Navy has been testing the lasers against mock ground targets in preparation for the weapon’s full rollout in 2021.
It is generally intended to deal with numerous attacks from smaller, quicker vessels at close range.
However, the HELIOS can also sense incoming attacks from further away than traditional machinery.
This makes it easier for commanders to decide an appropriate response as they, according to HELIOS Programme Director Brendan Scanlon, receive “real-time operating feedback well in advance, before the system hits the ship".
Developers also enabled the laser system to obscure enemies’ optical sensors, meaning it could throw off drone fire, anti-ship missiles or helicopter attacks.
HELIOS will also be wired up to missile defence system Aegis Radar, and both will be used to gather surveillance data while simultaneously striking any targets.
Mr Scanlon said: “Sensors provide cues to laser weapons, with the Aegis operator in the loop.

In an article from the National Interest (link here), it is said they are working on high powered lasers for drones and fighter jets for U.S. Air Force. Yet I believe they already use the weapons secretly:
The Air Force will one day fire high-tech laser weapons from drones and fighter jets to destroy high-value targets, conduct precision strikes and incinerate enemy locations from the sky.
The first airborne tests are expected to take place by 2021, Air Force officials have said. The developmental efforts are focused on increasing the power, precision and guidance of existing laser weapon applications with the hope of moving from 10-kilowatts up to 100 kilowatts. Air Force weapons developers are also working on the guidance mechanisms to enable laser weapons to stay on-track on a particular target.
Only God knows for certain, but I would say they are probably using high-tech laser weaponry on unmanned and manned aircrafts, according to their own purposes.

My son, a great deception has taken hold of this wicked nation. This deception has crept into every facet of a godless society. A deception so cunning that all those who are asleep in My Body have fallen for it - hook, line, and sinker! This deception lulls men into passivity and women into a sense of false security. This deception is called peace. It's a deception because all people really want to live in a world of peace.
My son, the deception is when a nation of people who have turned their backs to Me, who commit all sorts of ungodly sin, who live in a lust-filled ungodly nation, believe they have peace. A nation whose laws have murdered millions of babies and whose laws allow reprobate-minded people to dictate what is right and good. MAJOR FIRES BREAKING OUT IN CALIFORNIA RIGHT NOW 10/11/19
Bakersfield, San Fernando Valley, Sylmar, Riverside, So Cal and six other surrounding areas currently on fire! This is only the beginning as the fires just broke out within the last 12 hours!
I hate to say this but these fires already have the signature of DEW! Direct Energy Weapons for those who don't know what the U.S. Military call a DEW you're about to find out. Did I mention today is 10/11/19 aka 9/11 backwards, these fires were planned for today, the elite sacrifice people on specific Occult dates, today being a double 11 number and reading 9/11 backwards makes today a special chosen Occult ritual date.
What are signatures of a DEW being used? Random fires starting all nearly at the same time, some homes will burn while their neighbors remain untouched, homes melt or vaporize with plastic garbage near by cans untouched. Trees will remain untouched right next to a house burning from the inside out, almost as if it was being cooked, set ablaze from the inside out intentionally. Cars will burn from the inside out nowhere near trees in these supposed "forest" fires! A Direct Energy Weapon is a microwave energy weapon mounted on the tip of multiple Air Force and Military planes, the weapon cooks objects like an ant in a magnifying glass, totally vaporizing their target.
What is the reason for these man made fires popping up at nearly the same time in all different locations? Many reasons...population control, Agenda 2030 land grabs needed for the California high speed rail system exc. The UN biodiversity red zone map will turn most of the U.S. off limits to human use, these fires are clearing the path for that to happen!
I do believe there will be more bad news today the 11th of October 2019, these fires may only literally be the beginning of what's to come...
