Hanukkah - A Shadow of Daniel's 70th Week
This article is a study on the Feast of Dedications (Hanukkah) in which Jesus Himself celebrated during His ministry on earth:
- John 10:22 KJV - And it was at Jerusalem the feast of the dedication, and it was winter.
Hanukkah in Israel usually will begin in December and is an eight day celebration of the reclaiming of the temple in Jerusalem. According to Jewish records, the Books of Maccabees which have been omitted from the Bible, seem to hold the story of Hanukkah - what was and also a shadow of what is to come.

The Origin of Hanukkah
Hanukkah is a Jewish festival that commemorates the purification and rededication of the Temple by Judas Maccabeus on Kislev 25, 165 BC (usually in December). Three years prior, Antiochus IV, the Seleucid (Syrian) king, defiled the Temple by erecting an idol to Baal Shamen (the Canaanite counterpart for the Greek god Zeus), sacrificing a pig on the altar in the Temple and proclaiming himself to be a god. Some of the coins he minted had his features on the face of Zeus along with the words “Theos Epiphanes” meaning “the god manifest.” He also decreed that Torah (the Law of God) could not be studied under penalty of death; also Jewish males were not to be circumcised and it was forbidden to keep the Sabbath. This brought an internal struggle within Judaism out in the open. On the one hand there were the observant Jews who wanted to keep Torah, continue circumcision and observe the Sabbath. On the other hand, there were Hellenized Jews who wanted to assimilate into the Greek culture around them and become “born again” Greeks! That included wrestling in the gymnasium wearing nothing but their “birthday suits”!
Antiochus sent troops from village to village with a statue of himself, ordering people to bow down to it. One day they arrived in the village of Modi’im. An elderly man stepped forward to comply with the order, but an observant priest, Mattathias of the Hasmonean family, thrust him through with a spear and also killed one of the Seleucid soldiers. Thus began the Maccabean revolt. Mattathias, his five sons and others fled into the Gophna Hills and conducted a guerrilla war against the Seleucids for three years. Eventually, Jerusalem was liberated, yet the Temple was defiled. The history of this revolt is found in First Maccabees 1 and 4 and Second Maccabees 6 and 10. While these books are in the Apocrypha and not part of the canon of Scripture, they record important historical information.
The Rabbis recount the miracle of Hanukkah in these terms,
On Kislev 25 begin the Hanukka days, eight of them....When the Greeks entered the Temple Sanctuary, they contaminated all the oil. When the Hasmoneans defeated them, they searched and found only one cruse of oil bearing the High Priest’s seal. The cruse had enough oil for only one day’s burning, but a miracle came to pass and it lasted eight days. The following year, these days were declared a holiday to be celebrated with the saying of Hallel [a recitation from Psalms 113–118] and thanksgiving prayers” (Megillat Taanit).
A Hanukkah Repeat
- Ecclesiastes 1:9 KJV - The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun.
In addition, the KJV Apocryphal Book of 1st Maccabees indicates that there was first a covenant:
- 1 Maccabees 1 KJVA - 11 In those days went there out of Israel wicked men, who persuaded many, saying, Let us go and make a covenant with the heathen that are round about us: for since we departed from them we have had much sorrow. 12 So this device pleased them well. 13 Then certain of the people were so forward herein, that they went to the king, who gave them licence to do after the ordinances of the heathen: 14 Whereupon they built a place of exercise at Jerusalem according to the customs of the heathen: 15 And made themselves uncircumcised, and forsook the holy covenant, and joined themselves to the heathen, and were sold to do mischief.
■ Abomination of Desolation
It seems that what Antiochus IV did, calling himself God and erecting an idol in the Holy Temple, is a shadow what is reserved for Daniel's 70th week that will take place in the soon to be built Third Temple in Jerusalem with the final AntiChrist.
- Daniel 9:27 KJV - And he (the AntiChrist) shall confirm the covenant with many for one week (7 year period): and in the midst of the week he shall (3.5 years?) cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.
* It is interesting to note that the Abomination of Desolation spoken of in Daniel 9:27 will happen 3.5 years before the end of the 7 year period where Jesus will return with His saints in the sky (Jude 1:14-15 and Zechariah 14). The article above indicates the rededication and purification of the temple by Judas Maccabeus happened three years after the abomination in the temple.
• Abomination of Desolation
Jesus Himself told us that before He returns that the Abomination of Desolation will occur in Jerusalem:
- Matthew 24:15-17 KJV - When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:) [16] Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains: [17] Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house:
This did not take place in 70 AD when Israel was invaded and destroyed by the Romans, but it speaks of the Daniel 9:27 final week where the Antichrist will commit the abomination in the 3rd Holy Temple that is soon to be built.
• Third Temple Update
Here we see in the Book of Maccabees, that Antiochus invaded Israel and set up the Abomination of Desolation and then severe persecution began:
- 1 Maccabees 1 KJVA - 54 Now the fifteenth day of the month Casleu, in the hundred forty and fifth year, they set up the abomination of desolation upon the altar, and builded idol altars throughout the cities of Juda on every side; 55 And burnt incense at the doors of their houses, and in the streets. 56 And when they had rent in pieces the books of the law which they found, they burnt them with fire. 57 And whosoever was found with any the book of the testament, or if any committed to the law, the king's commandment was, that they should put him to death.
- Matthew 24:15-21 KJV — When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:) Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains: Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house: Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes. And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days! But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day: For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
- 1 Maccabees 1 KJVA - 27 And Mattathias cried throughout the city with a loud voice, saying, Whosoever is zealous of the law, and maintaineth the covenant, let him follow me. 28 So he and his sons fled into the mountains, and left all that ever they had in the city. 29 Then many that sought after justice and judgment went down into the wilderness, to dwell there: 30 Both they, and their children, and their wives; and their cattle; because afflictions increased sore upon them. 31 Now when it was told the king's servants, and the host that was at Jerusalem, in the city of David, that certain men, who had broken the king's commandment, were gone down into the secret places in the wilderness, 32 They pursued after them a great number, and having overtaken them, they camped against them, and made war against them on the sabbath day.
In the Book of Thesalonians, it gives us another clue of how this same thing will be fulfilled soon in the New Temple in Jerusalem:
- 2 Thessalonians 2:3-4 KJV - Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come , except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; [4] Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.
Temples Timeline
The Abomination of Desolation and Great Tribulation that Jesus mentioned in Matthew 24 before His return appears to be spoken of by Daniel the prophet in regards to Daniel's 70th Week, Jacob's Trouble:
- Daniel 12:1 KJV — And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.
This could also speak of the war in Heaven from Revelation 12, in which involves the rapture and the period of Daniel's 70th Week. We also see that it appears that there will be only 1290 days of time left once the Abomination of Desolation (Daniel 9:27) occurs, which I believe is the second half of Daniel's 70th Week plus one month which perhaps for the deliverance of the remnant of Israel in Bozrah or Petra and the cleansing of the Temple at Jesus's Second Coming (Revelation 19-20):
- Daniel 12:11 KJV — And from the time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away, and the abomination that maketh desolate set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety days.

Antiochus IV - Jacob's Trouble
It seem what has been done with Antiochus IV in the second Holy Temple in Jerusalem will happen again in the Third Holy Temple in Jerusalem in the soon to come Daniel's 70th week.
■ The Persecution
The AntiChrist, during Daniel's 70th week, will most likely make it illegal to read the Bible, Jewish scriptures and ultimately outlaw true Judaism and Christianity during his reign:
- Revelation 13:6-8 KJV - And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven. [7] And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations. [8] And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.
* This is very similar to how Antiochus decreed that the Torah (the Law of God) could not be studied under penalty of death; also Jewish males were not to be circumcised and it was forbidden to keep the Sabbath. I believe the AntiChrist will outlaw true Christians in the beginning 3.5 years of Daniel's 70th week, and then the Jews will be forced to accept him as God or be killed.
• The Christian Persecution
- 1 Macabees 1 KJVA - 39 Her sanctuary was laid waste like a wilderness, her feasts were turned into mourning, her sabbaths into reproach her honour into contempt. 40 As had been her glory, so was her dishonour increased, and her excellency was turned into mourning. 41 Moreover king Antiochus wrote to his whole kingdom, that all should be one people, 42 And every one should leave his laws: so all the heathen agreed according to the commandment of the king. 43 Yea, many also of the Israelites consented to his religion, and sacrificed unto idols, and profaned the sabbath. 44 For the king had sent letters by messengers unto Jerusalem and the cities of Juda that they should follow the strange laws of the land, 45 And forbid burnt offerings, and sacrifice, and drink offerings, in the temple; and that they should profane the sabbaths and festival days: 46 And pollute the sanctuary and holy people: 47 Set up altars, and groves, and chapels of idols, and sacrifice swine's flesh, and unclean beasts: 48 That they should also leave their children uncircumcised, and make their souls abominable with all manner of uncleanness and profanation: 49 To the end they might forget the law, and change all the ordinances. 50 And whosoever would not do according to the commandment of the king, he said, he should die.
■ The Image
The Second Beast of Revelation 13, whom I believe is the False Prophet, will make an idol image of the Beast (AntiChrist) and cause all men to worship it or be put to death:
- Revelation 13:15 KJV - And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.
* This is very similar to how Antiochus, the Assyrian King, made a statue of himself, ordering people to bow down to it before the Maccabean revolt (165-168 BC).

In addition, the AntiChrist will cause all men to accept the Mark of the Beast or the number of his name (666) or his name or be put to death:
* This is similar to how Antiochus minted coins that had his features on the face of Zeus along with the words “Theos Epiphanes” meaning “the god manifest.”
• Mark of the Beast
- Revelation 13:16-17 KJV - And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: [17] And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
* This is similar to how Antiochus minted coins that had his features on the face of Zeus along with the words “Theos Epiphanes” meaning “the god manifest.”
• Mark of the Beast
We see that in the Book of Deuteronomy, that God commanded Israel to bind His laws as a sign (a mark?) upon their hand (actions?) and their foreheads (thoughts?) and they will be His people:
- Deuteronomy 6:4-10 KJV — Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD: And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might. And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart: And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up. And thou shalt bind them for a sign upon thine hand, and they shall be as frontlets between thine eyes. And thou shalt write them upon the posts of thy house, and on thy gates. And it shall be, when the LORD thy God shall have brought thee into the land which he sware unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give thee great and goodly cities, which thou buildedst not.
Also we see in 1 Maccabees 1 that Antiochus, who is a symbol of the coming Antichrist, commanded the people to obey the evil laws or be put to death:
- 1 Maccabees 1 KJVA - 50 And whosoever would not do according to the commandment of the king, he said, he should die.
In addition, the Priest Mattathias in 1 Maccabees 2 told that the remnant of Israel and his sons to flee from before Jerusalem and to committ themselves to keeping the law of the Most High God of Israel:
- 1 Maccabees 2 KJVA - 50 Now therefore, my sons, be ye zealous for the law, and give your lives for the covenant of your fathers. 51 Call to remembrance what acts our fathers did in their time; so shall ye receive great honour and an everlasting name. 52 Was not Abraham found faithful in temptation, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness? 53 Joseph in the time of his distress kept the commandment and was made lord of Egypt. 54 Phinees our father in being zealous and fervent obtained the covenant of an everlasting priesthood. 55 Jesus for fulfilling the word was made a judge in Israel. 56 Caleb for bearing witness before the congregation received the heritage of the land. 57 David for being merciful possessed the throne of an everlasting kingdom. 58 Elias for being zealous and fervent for the law was taken up into heaven. 59 Ananias, Azarias, and Misael, by believing were saved out of the flame. 60 Daniel for his innocency was delivered from the mouth of lions. 61 And thus consider ye throughout all ages, that none that put their trust in him shall be overcome. 62 Fear not then the words of a sinful man: for his glory shall be dung and worms. 63 To day he shall be lifted up and to morrow he shall not be found, because he is returned into his dust, and his thought is come to nothing. 64 Wherefore, ye my sons, be valiant and shew yourselves men in the behalf of the law; for by it shall ye obtain glory.
■ The Vengeance
In the Story of Hanukkah, we see that Judas Maccabees was a mighty warrior who sought to redeem His people and reclaim his holy city Jerusalem, this I believe is a shadow of Jesus and His return:
- 1 Maccabees 2 KJVA - 66 As for Judas Maccabeus, he hath been mighty and strong, even from his youth up: let him be your captain, and fight the battle of the people. 67 Take also unto you all those that observe the law, and avenge ye the wrong of your people. 68 Recompense fully the heathen, and take heed to the commandments of the law.
We read in the next chapter, that Judas prevails against the enemies of Israel:
- 1 Maccabees 3 KJVA - 1 Then his son Judas, called Maccabeus, rose up in his stead. 2 And all his brethren helped him, and so did all they that held with his father, and they fought with cheerfulness the battle of Israel. 3 So he gat his people great honour, and put on a breastplate as a giant, and girt his warlike harness about him, and he made battles, protecting the host with his sword. 4 In his acts he was like a lion, and like a lion's whelp roaring for his prey. 5 For He pursued the wicked, and sought them out, and burnt up those that vexed his people. 6 Wherefore the wicked shrunk for fear of him, and all the workers of iniquity were troubled, because salvation prospered in his hand. 7 He grieved also many kings, and made Jacob glad with his acts, and his memorial is blessed for ever. 8 Moreover he went through the cities of Juda, destroying the ungodly out of them, and turning away wrath from Israel: 9 So that he was renowned unto the utmost part of the earth, and he received unto him such as were ready to perish.
When Jesus returns at the end of Daniel's 70th Week, He will destroy the armies of the Antichrist and the Antichrist himself at the Battle of Armageddon outside of Jerusalem and perhaps from Bozrah:
- Isaiah 63:1-8 KJV — Who is this that cometh from Edom, with dyed garments from Bozrah? this that is glorious in his apparel, travelling in the greatness of his strength? I that speak in righteousness, mighty to save. Wherefore art thou red in thine apparel, and thy garments like him that treadeth in the winefat? I have trodden the winepress alone; and of the people there was none with me: for I will tread them in mine anger, and trample them in my fury; and their blood shall be sprinkled upon my garments, and I will stain all my raiment. For the day of vengeance is in mine heart, and the year of my redeemed is come. And I looked, and there was none to help; and I wondered that there was none to uphold: therefore mine own arm brought salvation unto me; and my fury, it upheld me. And I will tread down the people in mine anger, and make them drunk in my fury, and I will bring down their strength to the earth. I will mention the lovingkindnesses of the LORD, and the praises of the LORD, according to all that the LORD hath bestowed on us, and the great goodness toward the house of Israel, which he hath bestowed on them according to his mercies, and according to the multitude of his lovingkindnesses. For he said, Surely they are my people, children that will not lie: so he was their Saviour.
- 2 Thessalonians 2:8 KJV — And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:
- Daniel 7:7-14 KJV — After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns. I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things. I beheld till the thrones were cast down, and the Ancient of days did sit, whose garment was white as snow, and the hair of his head like the pure wool: his throne was like the fiery flame, and his wheels as burning fire. A fiery stream issued and came forth from before him: thousand thousands ministered unto him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him: the judgment was set, and the books were opened. I beheld then because of the voice of the great words which the horn spake: I beheld even till the beast was slain, and his body destroyed, and given to the burning flame. As concerning the rest of the beasts, they had their dominion taken away: yet their lives were prolonged for a season and time. I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him. And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him: his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed.
- Revelation 19:11-16 KJV — And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God. And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.
- Zechariah 14:1-11 KJV — Behold, the day of the LORD cometh, and thy spoil shall be divided in the midst of thee. For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city. Then shall the LORD go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle. And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south. And ye shall flee to the valley of the mountains; for the valley of the mountains shall reach unto Azal: yea, ye shall flee, like as ye fled from before the earthquake in the days of Uzziah king of Judah: and the LORD my God shall come, and all the saints with thee. And it shall come to pass in that day, that the light shall not be clear, nor dark: But it shall be one day which shall be known to the LORD, not day, nor night: but it shall come to pass, that at evening time it shall be light. And it shall be in that day, that living waters shall go out from Jerusalem; half of them toward the former sea, and half of them toward the hinder sea: in summer and in winter shall it be. And the LORD shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one LORD, and his name one. All the land shall be turned as a plain from Geba to Rimmon south of Jerusalem: and it shall be lifted up, and inhabited in her place, from Benjamin's gate unto the place of the first gate, unto the corner gate, and from the tower of Hananeel unto the king's winepresses. And men shall dwell in it, and there shall be no more utter destruction; but Jerusalem shall be safely inhabited.
The Signs of The End
It seems the mandatory vaccines will be forced alongside the RFID microchip, and I believe it is sin to receive a vaccine made from aborted fetus cells. It is also reported that these Coronavirus vaccines alter your mRNA and DNA. Some say the Coronavirus Vaccine is the Mark of the Beast and will alter your DNA and make you irredeemable as a hybrid creature and damned forever as with the Nephilim Giants. I tend to believe that is the case! We see now world governments and establishments are working to make vaccines mandatory in order to enter public places and to buy or sell which matches the description of the Mark of the Beast in Revelation 13-14. Take heed and resist these things and or the quantum dot tattoo or hydrogel or another like-solution as they may be used as the Mark! Your eternal salvation is at stake!
The Mark of the Beast I suppose could be a combination of things, we do not yet know what will be mandatory in order to buy or sell although it appears the mRNA vaccine or another Covid-19 Vaccine will soon be mandated to buy or sell. Revelation 13 says all men will have to receive a mark in their right hand or forehead, which could be literal, metaphorical, or spiritual mark. I believe these vaccines will change the DNA of a person and will be mandated soon as a false cure and may include an RFID microchip and or trackable nanobots. Also, I suppose the vaccine pill could also alter our DNA and include nanobots and Luciferase enzymes. In addition, the quantum dot tattoo may also be used and have similar functions as the other ones. I say stay away from it all and count it all as damnable and all potentially the Mark of the Beast! If you accept the mRNA vaccine it will most likely change your DNA and cause you to be a hybrid Nephilim which is no longer a creation of God and therefore I believe irredeemable. In addition, the other false solutions are equally as damning in my opinion and we should resist all COVID-19 solutions from the government and put our trust in Jesus Christ alone! All of these evil solutions and or any new solutions may all have the potential to be linked into the New World Order cloud system and allow for tracking, tracing, and digital payments, ID, and more!! Resist these abominations! Whoever receives the Mark of the Beast is forever damned to hell. For Biblical scripture related to the Mark of the Beast see Revelation Chapters 13-14 and 19-20.
Pope Francis, who I believe is the False Prophet of the Book of Revelation, has recently called for a New World Order and is seeking to get the whole world vaccinated and even the poorest countries. The Bible says the False Prophet and AntiChrist decieve the entire world to get the Mark of the Beast, and I believe this vaccine is part of the Mark of the Beast or it alone is the mark?
- Revelation 13:16-17 KJV — And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
I believe this vaccine will change your DNA and turn you into an irredeemable hybrid Nephilim just as the Genesis 6 Giants, and at some point the vaccine could be mandated with a microchip implant in order to buy or sell. It is possible that recieving the vaccine alone is recieving the Mark of the Beast so we should not take any chances!!! Just because the vaccine is not mandatory now does not mean it is not the Mark of the Beast. We should refuse any solution they try to give to us!
Pope Francis urged Catholics to remain hopeful in his Easter Sunday address, calling vaccines an "essential tool" in ending the pandemic and urging their swift rollout to the world's poorest countries.
On the holiest holiday for the world's 1.3 billion Catholics and the second under the shadow of the coronavirus crisis, the pope focused his message on the world's most vulnerable -- the sick, migrants, people facing economic hardship, and those living in war zones like Syria, Yemen and Libya.
"The pandemic is still spreading, while the social and economic crisis remains severe, especially for the poor," the 84-year-old Argentine said, speaking to a congregation of only around 100 people inside the vast St. Peter's Basilica.
"Vaccines are an essential tool in this fight," he said, calling on the international community to overcome delays in distributing vaccines "especially in the poorest countries".

The Remnant of Israel - Daniel's 70th Week
An interesting note is that Revelation 12 tells us the Woman, a representation of Israel the nation, will flee into the wilderness for three and a half years. This is supported by the verses in Matthew 24 after the Abomination of Desolation, which is the final half of Daniel's 70th week:
- Revelation 12:13-14 KJV - And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child. [14] And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.
* It is commonly understood that a "time" is one year, and "times" is two years, and a "half a time" is half a year. This makes three and half years the same as 42 months.
In the Book of Zechariah, after the Holy Spirit is poured out in Jerusalem I believe in Daniel's 70th week (Zechariah 12), a remnant will be saved and purified (Zechariah 13). It is said that one third of Israel will be spared, and it seems that thus verse in Micah 5:2 speaks of the remnant being delivered at the return of Jesus the Messiah:
- Micah 2:12-13 KJV - I will surely assemble, O Jacob, all of thee; I will surely gather the remnant of Israel; I will put them together as the sheep of Bozrah, as the flock in the midst of their fold: they shall make great noise by reason of the multitude of men. [13] The breaker is come up before them: they have broken up, and have passed through the gate, and are gone out by it: and their king shall pass before them, and the Lord on the head of them.
From a Christian source, it is proposed that Bozrah is a reference to Petra - the rock enclave in which the remnant of Israel will flee to (Matthew 24:15-21) after the Abomination of Desolation takes place in the Third Temple (2 Thessalonians 2). It seems they will wait there until Jesus returns to destroy the AntiChrist and False Prophet and break up the wolves surrounding Israel as shepherd with His rod (Revelation 19-20):

This passage of scripture from Isaiah seems to speak to the battle at Bozrah and the redemption of the nation of Israel in Daniel's 70th Week:

And the streams thereof shall be turned into pitch, and the dust thereof into brimstone, and the land thereof shall become burning pitch. It shall not be quenched night nor day; the smoke thereof shall go up for ever: from generation to generation it shall lie waste; none shall pass through it for ever and ever.

Afterwards, we have seen many news reports of other Muslim Arab Nations seeking to establish peace with Israel through the Trump Administration such as with Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and others. We also see that Serbia and Kosovo in September 2020 decided to commit to peace negotiations with the USA and Israel.
However, many of these Gulf Arab Nations have recieved backlash from the Palestinians and the Iranians for trying to make peace with Israel without securing the Palistinian State first, which seems to only put more pressure on Israel to cave in to accepting a Two State Solution with a Palestinian Capital in East Jerusalem and no land Annexation for Israel in the West Bank. This will break the everlasting covenant given from God YHVH to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob (Israel) and his seed forever, and according to Zechariah 12:3 all parties involved will be cut into pieces, including the United States who is at the forefront of these "peace" negotiations.
I suspect that all of these peace negotiations surrounding Israel and the Mid-East countries are setting the stage for the rise of the AntiChrist who will be seen as a false Savior to the Jews and Muslims and establish a better and improved peace covenant with Israel and many for one week, meaning seven years. It is my belief that President Trump's efforts to make peace in the region will only lead to sudden destruction and the desolation of America, making way for the AntiChrist to rise from the ashes as the White Horse rider who is given a Crown (Dominon) and a Bow (Covenant) as prophesied in Revelation 6.

Dissolving Government Now!?
December 2020 - If the Israeli Government dissolves soon, this would make it possible for the Kabbalah Rabbi prophecies to come true and possibly the AntiChrist would appear as the False Messiah the Sabbath after the Government is dissolved. The Crown - The AntiChrist
The word "Corona" in Latin means a Crown, or a wreath-crown or garland. The interesting thing is that in the Book of Revelation the AntiChrist will recieve a Crown at his appearing, and will deceive the nations as a false Savior with a false peace covenant (a bow):
Revelation 6:2 KJV - And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer.
One fascinating historical fact is that many if not all of the major pagan leaders and Kings of ancient times, and perhaps even of recent times, have equated themselves with being an incarnation of a god if not the so called all powerful pagan sun god. I suspect that just as the Egyptian, Greek, Roman and many other national rulers thought themselves to be the Luciferian sun god manifested in the flesh, so did the founding United States President. It appears the KJV Apocryphal Book of 2nd Esdras speaks of the tribulation period, and the rapture. It is said this was written by Ezra the Scribe of the Old Testament:

Israel Invaded?
In Matthew 24, verse 15, it speaks of the Abomination of Desolation spoken of by Daniel the prophet standing in the Holy Place (see Daniel 9:27 and 2 Thessalonians 2:3), in which case those who are Judea are told to flee immediately into the mountains at the second half of Daniel's 70th Week. I believe that they will flee to what is known as Petra or Bozra until the redeemer Yeshua Jesus returns at the end of Daniel's 70th Week (Revelation 19-20) to liberate them.
We know in Revelation 11 that it speaks of the Third Temple being built and also that the outer court will be trodden down by the Gentiles for 42 months, I believe this is the second half of Daniel's 70th week after the Abomination of Desolation. I believe Israel will be overtaken by the AntiChrist and his troops until Jesus returns just as Judas Macabbeus in the Hanukkah account.
Zechariah 13:8-9 KJV — And it shall come to pass, that in all the land, saith the LORD, two parts therein shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be left therein. And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people: and they shall say, The LORD is my God.
I believe those that are redeemed will be the ones who believe in Yeshua Jesus according to Zechariah 12:10.
Zechariah 12:10 KJV — And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn.
We also read in Luke 21 that Israel will then be scattered into all nations after the Abomination of Desolation occurs until the time of the fulness of the Gentiles which seems to occur at the return of Jesus. We see that this period of 42 months (1260 Days) falls in line with Daniel 12, where it speaks of one thousand three hundred and thirty days which is 70 days past the one thousand two hundred and sixty days, most likely to account for the Battle of Armageddon and the purifying of the Temple.
Daniel 12:11-12 KJV — And from the time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away, and the abomination that maketh desolate set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety days. Blessed is he that waiteth, and cometh to the thousand three hundred and five and thirty days.
The Battle of Armageddon
The Bible tells us both in the Old Testament (Jewish Tanakh) and New Testament that the LORD God Almighty will defend Israel in the last days and make Himself known among all the nations, that He is the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. This is known as the Battle of Armageddon when the Lord Jesus returns to defeat the AntiChrist, the False Prophet, and all the nations gathered against Israel (see Revelation 19) at the end of Daniel's 70th Week. These chapters all seems to be speaking of the Battle of Armageddon:
• Joel 3
• Zechariah 14
• Isaiah 34
• Isaiah 63
• Revelation 19
It seems that this Battle of Armageddon will take place in the valley of Jezreel or the Valley of Jehoshaphat. Here is an excerpt from Israelmybeloved.com:
The staging ground for the Battle of Armageddon – when all the nations line up and attack Israel in the end – might be in the Valley of Jezreel, but the target and focus of this war is Jerusalem – the City of the Great King. If this battle is to take place mainly in the Valley of Jehoshaphat, which begins in and around Jerusalem and descends to the Dead Sea Valley; and if this valley will turn into a river of blood whose length is 160 miles/257 km, then it will reach as far as Bozrah, which lies towards the southern end of the Dead Sea. This is remarkable, considering that Isaiah 63:1-6 describes the Lord – who in His wrath has tread these nations underfoot – as “the One coming from Bozrah; His garments stained with blood!”
Also, the Book of Revelation tells us that the final judgment, which is the 7th vial/bowl, will be poured out with regard to the valley of Armageddon:
